We have recently appointed a Studio Lead who is focused on establishing our market presence and building a dynamic and innovative team to deliver award-winning projects. Job Description

As a Senior Landscape Architect with Arcadia you will:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, showcasing strong technical, visual communication and interpersonal skills
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and industry standards
  • Technical Skills: Possess well-developed technical skills in design and construction techniques and programs
  • Time Management: Ensure projects run on schedule and align with the scope and fee
  • Communication: Exhibit solid communication, presentation, and client-facing skills (written, oral, and listening)
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, and hand-drawing
  • Passion for Learning and Growing: You love what you do, like to learn and stay curious!

Desired Skills and Experience

As a Senior Landscape Architect you have, or mostly have:

  • Well developed technical skills in regards to design and construction techniques and programs
  • Team leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop others
  • Design thinking and graphic storytelling skills
  • Strong project and time management skills, ensure projects run to schedule and budget
  • Good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, MS Office, SketchUp, Revit and hand-drawing
  • 5+ years professional experience in landscape architecture
  • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or accepted equivalent skill set
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
